EAGLE SCOUT Celebration in honor of national outstanding Eagle Scout, Dr. Paul F. Vanek

The Eagle Scout Celebration for the Class of 2024 in honor of National Outstanding Eagle Scout, Dr. Paul F. Vanek will take place at the The American- Croatian Lodge. Registration starts at 5:00 PM and dinner begins at 6:00 PM.

Wine and Dine

Be prepared to enjoy a five-course meal paired with wines chosen by our wine expert at Wine and Dine. Join us for a casual laid back night of food, wine, storytelling, and auction/wine pulls at all levels. Tables of eight may also be reserved.

Juleps & Jockeys is your ultimate Derby Day celebration, featuring an afternoon of delicious Southern-inspired cuisine, handcrafted mint juleps, and thrilling live coverage of “The Most Exciting Two Minutes in Sports.” Put on your big hats, bow ties, and bold colors, and join us for an unforgettable day of racing, revelry, and refined Southern charm. Whether you’re a seasoned racing fan or just here for the fun, this is one event you won’t want to miss!

The 2025 Ben Norton Castalia Trout Invitational

When: May 20-21, 2025
Where: Castalia Trout Club
Cost: $950 per person 

The Castalia Fly Fishing Event is an exclusive event held annually at the Castalia Trout Club in Castalia, OH. The event is limited 21 participants. Get prime fishing on the exclusive Club grounds, private meals in the clubhouse, and overnight accommodations. Equipment can be provided.

Lake Erie Council Annual Golf Classic

Gather your golfing buddies and join us for a great day on a premiere course in all of Ohio for the Annual Golf Classic. Meals, auctions, and recognition items are all part of this day of entertainment.

Steak and Stogies event

Come and swirl some smoke, sip some beverages, and devour a grilled steak. This annual event is very popular and most likely will sell out. The price includes all food and drink. This event is $150 per person and limited to 140.

Sporting Clays Fun Shoot

When: Thursday, September 18, 2025

Where: Hill ‘n Dale Club, 3605 Poe Rd, Media, OH 44256

Grab some friends, clients or staff and join us for a day in the outdoors and burning gun powder! This day-long event lets the professional to beginner enjoy a wide array of targets for fun and skill.

This event features multiple shooting stations and up to five games of skill over the course of the day.  Teams are made of four shooters (all levels welcome!) Breakfast and lunch are provided.  An after shooting reception includes and auction, recognition and prizes for multiple categories.

Wild Game Feasts

Where: Beaumont Scout Reservation in Rock Creek, OH
Firelands Scout Reservation in Wakeman, OH

Enjoy the evening with friends at this private, limited-capacity event. Professionally prepared elk, pheasant, venison, and more await your arrival. Cocktail hour starts the evening followed by great door prizes, a silent auction, and raffle items worthy of any hunter.

UN-SCROOGED: A VERY DICKENS HOLIDAY AFFAIR

The Tower Pheasant Hunt

The Tower Pheasant Hunt will take place at Beaver Creek Hunt Club in Amherst, OH. The 200 pheasant tower hunt includes a light breakfast, lunch, cocktail reception, and cigars. Individuals can attend for $450.
