Together We Grow is Lake Erie Council’s fall family engagement campaign designed to grow Scouting through personal invitations, the most effective way new families join. Families inviting families is how Scouting gets stronger, one connection at a time.
How It Works
This campaign is simple, personal, and powerful. It runs on two key roles:
Scout Families
Current Scouting families who:
Commit to inviting 3 new families to join Scouting
Use everyday tools like text, email, phone calls, or face-to-face invitations
Track and record their progress on LEC’s website and earn prizes!
New Family Ambassadors
Council-identified volunteers and professionals who:
Promote the campaign in their areas or units
Help recruit and support Scout families to participate in the campaign
Serve as motivators and connectors throughout the campaign
