We want to make you aware of a national system error currently impacting membership renewals across Scouting America. This is a nationwide issue and is not specific to your individual record or to our council. In some cases, the error is being compounded by roster inconsistencies within the national database
Some members may see the following message during renewal:
“No organizations for renewal are active.”
What to Do:
If you encounter this message, please complete the steps below before attempting your renewal again:
Press CTRL + SHIFT + R on your keyboard.
Retry your membership renewal.
This action forces a full system refresh and clears stored browser data that may be contributing to the error. If the issue persists, you may also manually clear your browser cache and try again.
We have informed the National Service Center about these issues, including the roster inconsistencies, and they are actively working toward a resolution. We will communicate again once the system is fully stabilized.
